Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.
To start a refund request, please contact us at hello@ilovebeme.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Please note: Refund requests must be submitted and approved before any items are sent back. Items sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Approval & Processing
Once your refund request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
